1. Using Daymark
Daymark is a personal planner for organising your tasks, profiles, and calendar. By creating an account you agree to use the service for your own lawful planning needs and not to misuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
2. Your content
The tasks and events you add belong to you. You're responsible for their accuracy and for keeping your account secure. We don't share your data with third parties for advertising.
3. Availability
We aim for the service to be available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed as the product evolves.
4. Liability
Daymark is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss of data or missed commitments arising from use of the app.
